Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for some reason a product does not meet your approval, simply return it to us within 10 days for replacement or store credit.
Order discrepancies or damaged product must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
If you find something that we are missing, please email us with your suggestions at sales@debritochocolate.com.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are in addition to product prices and are based on the total weight of your order. We primarily ship via UPS for most of our shipments. However, should you require us to ship to a P.O. Box, military (APO) address, or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, USPS Priority Mail will be used. Sorry, we do not currently ship outside of the United States. Please note that we reserve the right to modify your ship method and or date when appropriate.
Items USUALLY ship in 1 - 2 business days. Actual delivery of your order may take 3 - 6 business days depending on where you live and the shipping option you select. Please keep in mind that weekends are NOT included as a shipping day and we do NOT ship after Wednesdays. All orders are shipped out of our Hollister, CA facility. When shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
***Please note that during COVID that while most orders arrive on time there may delays from USPS. DELAYS FROM USPS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL . IF YOU WISH A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE OR COVERAGE IF DELAYED PLEASE SELECT PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS. AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE HOLIDAYS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIME OR DELIVERY TIME.***
Check your shipment promptly. If there is damage to your product(s), leave the carton as-is with packing materials intact. If there is damage to any of your products, please notify us within 72 hours so that we can make proper arrangements.
