To ensure freshness, apples should be kept refrigerated. Simply remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving, cut into 10 - 12 slices and serve for a unique gourmet dessert.
So delicious, possibly my favorite one yet. My only critique would be maybe just a little less Malden salt!
