This caramel apple is a signature item of the fall season. Creamy caramel with crumbled graham crackers and coarse sugar sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice over a white yogurt coating.
To ensure freshness, apples should be kept refrigerated. Simply remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving, cut into 10 - 12 slices and serve for a unique gourmet dessert.
