Placing
your Order Online
It's
easy to shop on-line with DeBrito Chocolate Factory!
Simply
locate the item(s) you would like to purchase, enter the
quantity of the item, select any options and press the "add
to cart" link to the right of the item. The item(s) you
select will be added to your shopping cart.
Once
you've completed your shopping, you may begin the checkout
process. To begin the checkout process, click on the "View
Cart/Checkout" link at the top right of each page or the
"View Cart Checkout" button on the top graphical menu
bar.
A
shopping cart review page will be displayed where you will be
able to review the items in your cart and be able to change item
quantities or remove items from your cart. If you've
forgotten something tasty, you can press the "Keep
Shopping" button and you will be taken back to the DeBrito
Chocolate Factory home page. Items in your shopping
cart will remain in your cart.
Once
you are satisfied that you have completed your shopping, you can
press the "Checkout" button to go to the next step. ONCE
YOU PRESS THE "CHECKOUT" BUTTON, YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO
ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART!!
The
next page requests that you enter the address where your order
will be shipped. If you require shipping to multiple
addresses, each address will have to have its order placed
separately. It is IMPERATIVE that you enter in the correct
shipping address. Not only do you want to make sure that
your gift goes to the right location, but the shipping address
enables us to accurately calculate your shipping charges.
From
the Shipping Address page, you are also given the opportunity to
enter a Promotion Code and a gift message if applicable.
Once complete, press the "Continue Checkout" button.
The
next step requests that you select a shipping option. Each
option details the shipping charge as well as the shipping time
it will take your order to arrive at its destination.
These durations are time of shipment only. They do not
take into account that it may take 1 - 3 business days to fill
and ship your order so plan accordingly. Also, if you
choose the Pickup/Delivery option, it is assumed that you will
be traveling to the DeBrito Chocolate Factory Store to
pick up your order.
Once
a shipping option is selected, press the "Continue
Checkout" button to proceed to the next step which allows
you to select your payment preference: Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express or by PayPal.
If
you choose the Visa, MasterCard, American Express option,
complete all fields with the billing address of your card.
The billing address MUST match the billing address your issuer
has on file. Also, verify that you have correctly entered the
card account number and expiration date accurately.
Once
completed, press the "Submit Securely" button ONLY
ONCE. Pressing the "Submit Securely" button more
than once may result in your card being charged multiple times.
Once your transaction is approved, you will be emailed a
confirmation of your order along with an order number which will
serve as your receipt. Please print and keep for your
records. Charges will appear on your statement as
VillageShopper.
If
you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to PayPal's
site and asked to enter your PayPal ID and password. Once logged
in you will allowed to select your funding and complete the
transaction. Once completed, press the "Continue"
button to receive your confirmation recipt.
Placing
your Order by Phone
Of
course, you can also place your order by phone by dialing toll
fee (800) 588-3886 and speak with one of our friendly
salespeople!
